"We loved our stay at the beautiful Kimpton Monaco. Comfort and quality. The staff provided excellent service despite a full hotel with four wedding parties staying there. Love the art deco theme throughout. Room was large and well appointed, bed super comfortable. Sunday morning breakfast service was terribly slow as was valet car retrieval. Otherwise all good. Would return. "

"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"Great location first of all. Not far from the Pointe. The Market. And walking distance to PNC Park. And the on off bus that takes you around. And a tour guide tells you about different buildings attractions ect. Stops right at the hotel. AWESOME LOBBY. My room was clean. The staff all were friendly. From the people that take care of the room to wait staff ect. All say Hi with a smile. If I can say one negative thing. But no biggie. Every hotel is different. I just wish breakfast was free. But...

"Great place to stay. First room had a noisy air conditioning unit but they happily put us into a different room. We arrived late so dining in the area wanted as felt a little unsafe wandering the streets but overall a great place to stay. "

"Parking is expensive. Valet parking overnight at $65 is very expensive. Hotel is OK but overpriced for what it is. Getting extra pillows involved 3 phone calls. Restaurant is very slow moving so if you are in a hurry avoid it. They got my wifes hamburger order completely wrong. Very much not the Fairmont experience I have had in the past. Front desk people very nice and friendly "

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews, so I am going to leave pros and cons. Pros: We loved the condo, the location and the views. 5 stars Cons: 3 Stars We didn’t know that we had to pay $40 for Valet parking a night, because there wasn’t any parking for a Chevy truck. If we didn’t have a truck, parking would’ve been 30 a day and no in and outs. The bed was low to the floor. My husband has bad knees and had surgery for a broken back.
