Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were accommodating. The front desk is actually at the top of the hotel as was exercise room and breakfast buffet. Took a little getting used to but wasn’t a negative. Location is great. Would definitely stay here again."
