"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Overall it’s a great property. Location within safe walking distance of PNC parking available with overnight cost $25. Nicely appointed. We missed the complimentary breakfast (in ended at 9:30am). The room appeared clean, but little details that I noticed were dust/dirt accumulation in the corners and ledges, rust on the shower door frame. Mop debris/strings left behind in the shower. Because of the location on very busy city street and near a highway overpass the traffic noise was significant....
