"The property was located in a good area for what we where there for. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our check-in time was 3pm we arrived around 4pm. Upon entering the property it was clean and smelled amazing. Once we made it to our room it wasn't clean the bedding was still on from the previous guest, microwave was dirty as well as the floor had a sticky substance on it which means it hadn't been mopped, the TV in the bedroom did not work. "What a great home base to visit Pittsburgh! The location absolutely could not be beat -- easy walking to the river, the cultural district, the strip. We had such a great time exploring the city. "The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. There should...

"The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
