Wanted to extend my stay and a guy working the desk said I couldn’t without rebooking and paying another 50 deposit and nobody was him at the time and I knew this wasn’t true as I did it last time I stayed but ended up just leaving instead of the hassles and my money being held up! "The room was great and amazing! I didn’t use any of the utensils or microwave however. I was so shocked they had all that, I’m not use to my room having a microwave and stove. Staff was amazing, I really want to give credit to Mr. Deodis at the front desk for really making my stay welcoming. Class act and incredible human being! I was trying to tip him as well in addition to the housekeeping staff but couldn’t find him on my day of departure."

" The hotel is surrounded by very tall buildings that look very cool. Parking was good.Our room was clean, fresh, and inviting. We really liked the downstairs area too. They also had water available and cups too and machines for hot water for your hot chocolate. The vending machines were also cool being they had a freezer vending machine too with the icecream. sandwhiches inside though it is pricey. Overall, a great experience here!"

"The front desk staff (and valet team) are truly amazing! Just minutes before I was leaving to go to my son’s graduation my glasses broke and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to find crazy glue and basically were just the nicest group ever! The hotel is convenient to everything “Pitt” and our room was wonderful and clean and we even lucked out with a view of the Cathedral of Learning which was a great treat! Highly recommend this hotel! "Very nice The room was hot the first night but they took care of it immediately Also they did erroneously charge my room for items in the shop, but they took care of that. Wasn’t sure why they wouldn’t just look at the cameras and see who it was that used our room number, but maybe they did that after we checked out. Ultimately it was a nice stay and the hotel was nice"
