"We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back...

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great staff, lovely breakfast and very comfortable room. The sunset views are outstanding. Easy walk to a selection of restaurants and bars. "

"Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing."

"Aragona Palace in Ischia was honestly such a vibe. The location could not be better, right on the harbor, so every morning I woke up to ferries, pastel buildings, and the ocean just doing its thing. My room had a balcony, which meant I got to people watch like a pro while sipping wine and pretending I was an Italian movie star (reality: sweatpants, leftover pizza). The real highlight though? The thermal pools. They have one indoors that is all calm, quiet, and spa like, perfect for soaking away...

"AMAZING HOTEL! Beautiful property. All the staff were amazing from our shuttle driver Antonio, our desk personnel and our amazing restaurant people including Enzo. So personal with all of us. Hotel and pool were beautiful. Highly recommended."

"We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance. Would definitely go again."

"Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "

"The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries. "

"Everything was excellent except that there was no drinking water in the room. I recently stayed at the Ramada which is not as luxurious as the Star. However everyone in the Ramada gets one litre of water in the room. Come on Star - water in the room would not be difficult for you "

"I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire...

"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel that is located at a promenade near the old Fishermen’s quarter, where there are many restaurants and pizza places. Great location, walkable to many sites attractions. The hotel staff are every accommodating and friendly Rooms and bathroom are clean."
