"All of the staff were incredibly accommodating we had to push our trip back one day and despite the policy they even gave us a refund for that night. At the breakfast buffet all the staff made sure that we had the food that we wanted, as well as as many coffees as we wanted overall great place to stay."

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room.
We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub.
Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink.
The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient.
The food is very good. ...

The bar area was great & food was very good. The pool area was also beautiful too. Staff were courteous, professional and friendly, especially Antonio in the bar who took care of us every night! Overall an exceptional place to stay in Sand’angello, Italy! Loved it!"

"We stayed in the annex building and the view was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels, bathrobes and towel warmers and we stayed in the balcony suite. It always smelt so good on our walk over because of the lemon garden and the whole hotel staff made our trip truly unforgettable. Towards the end of the trip the staff anticipated how we would like our coffees and I have never had such great hospitality in a hotel! I hope to return one day to this beautiful...

"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. Väldigt nöjda med boendet ändå och det fantastiska bemötandet."
