"Stilren men sliten lägenhet. Bäddsoffan var både trasig och fläckig, lister satt löst, gardiner hängde på trekvart och smuts och damm fann både under sängar och på lister. Eftersatt underhåll och dålig städning helt enkelt. Annars ett utmärkt läge nära stranden."
