"We needed a parking space. Underground garage (21euro/night) has a direct elevator access to the hotel. The entrance to the garage was a bit narrow, but no problem with our mid size SUV. 15-20 minutes easy walking (flat) to the old city center. Room was very clean and enough space for two of us. Quiet even it faced to a busy road. Good choice if you need a parking space."

"This time is my second time to stay at Arrizul Congrass. Like my first stay, this time was also great. Convenient location, clean room and spacious bathroom! I particularly liked the terrace from the room. Only one thing if I had to mention is- there are no kettles, teas and mugs at room. But you can request kettle at the reception. There is a free complimentary beverage bar, which opens 12-8, I got tea bags and coffee from. I would definitely stay at here again. Thank you!"

"A superb location for seeing Biarritz on foot. It is in a quiet town centre square (virtually no cars) with sea views from balconies. If driving into Biarritz there is a public underground car park just a few yards away. The airport is as close as it could be (20-25 euro taxi fare) but the train station is surprisingly quite a long way (15 -20 euro taxi fare) although plenty of buses. It does not feel like a 4 star hotel - the first impression of the ground floor is very dark - it was evidently...
