"Beautiful property and had stayed there previously with great experiences but a disappointing experience this time. Kitchen in unit had a lingering overpowering food odor. Floors in unit were sticky. Dinner reservations at the resort restaurant were not honored due to minimal staff availability. Went back two different times and were told they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. Even offered to do a take out order but kitchen could not handle it."

"We had a wonderful stay in Reno! The location was perfect—close to great shopping and an easy, scenic drive to Tahoe. The unit itself was spotless and very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meals simple and convenient.One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful the host was—we forgot a hair dryer and straightener, and she had both available for us, which was such a lifesaver!
