"Great location"

"I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and property was for the price. Comfortable, spacious room. Scenery and grounds were nice. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Most of all the pool, jacuzzis and sauna were wonderful! The town of Genoa is also very cute. Hope to return soon!"

"The property is very dated with lots of mirrors. Our 2 bedroom suite had several tears and holes in the carpet. The couch and chair were very dated and just didnt seem very clean. There is a 90s stereo with cassette player in the bamboo looking armoire. The common areas were nice and more up to date. Easy access to the Cosmo. Would not stay there again."

"It's a lovely property. Sitting by the pool was great!"

"Sale department are pushy and want you to by into property. They say a 90mins presentation but when you decline. They try to guilt trip you into buying timeshare and more and more offers and ppl come into room and its a 3hr plus day"

"We love The Signature as a whole. It’s a great place to stay. The staff is always wonderful and professional! We have stayed here previously and have had wonderful rooms. Some rooms like this one are individually owned. The room is showing wear and is definitely in need of repair. The carpet is frayed. There is some form of cover out on the couch cushions. There were broken switches and a few other items within the room. A little maintenance would go a long way. And the rest of the light colored...

"Check in and out was smooth, service around the hotel is also good. Room wasnt clean, no toilet paper besides half a roll and when asked they said it would be brought up. Hours later we still didnt have it and I had to go demand more, which the desk attendant pulled out from a drawer behind her. So not sure why we couldn't get that right away. Fridge was cold enough, but freezer didnt work at all which ruined some of the groceries we had delivered."
