"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"Nice condo super close to slopes (but a little far to walk). Great place for two families to stay for a ski vacation. Eat breakfast with amazing view of the mountain you're about to shred! Come home and soak in the jacuzzi bath tub. The primary bedroom is huge. Main room is cozy and has plenty of seating to hangout and talk about the great ski day you just had. "The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

"It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too."

"I was familiar with the MGM Signature, but this was my first time renting direct from owner. Communication with Kathleen was impeccable, and I can attest to the fact that she was quick to communicate with the hotel to solve a few issues that arose. What surprised me was just how long it took for the hotel to process them, which is something I'd never experienced with them before. There didn't appear to be a shortage of staff, but perhaps the people working the front desk are not experienced...

"We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."
