"Communication with the host at least initially was poor as I hadn't received the initial check in code key info and finally had to call VBRO who got in touch with the host Natalia. I'd also like to point out that once we were in the house Natalia was very responsive to my many requests. Now for the house issues. The SPA tub was very dirtly to the point of none of us were going to use it. Rocks seen on bottom as well as residue, cloudy water etc and some dirty paper plates left on the side of it....
