"Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

"Great place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us."

"Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future."

"The house was super clean and convenient to everythjng we wanted to do in and around Las Vegas. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us. A small frustration I have with many vacation rentals, this one included, is no hooks or coat rack at the entrance. Small beef though. Thanks for a delightful place to land after our adventures each day."

"This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities...

"House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly."

"The stay was overall very nice but I use Vrbo expecting private residence not a hotel. After I had already booked I realized this hotel was about $50-$75 cheaper if I had just booked directly with the hotel. Disappointing but the hotel was nice"
