"Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this. "

"Staff came to our door twice to interrupt to show us an iPad menu of food options which we didn’t request. No washcloths, only one hand towel and 2 bath towels for three people. Fan needed to be serviced for noise. Airport shuttle wasn’t available "

"The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. "

"Fantastic theme "Villa Garden Paradise very romantic ❤️" Laid back and very relaxing and friendly, birds, bees, flowers 🌹💐 and beautiful trees. Hotel Chez Lando has them all. And it's very family friendly or a romantic haven all in one!! The only recommendations I can suggest, are changing the lighting fixtures to led in the rooms with mood settings. And installing window curtains or privacy glass on the bathroom windows, at least on the first floor,. Thanks for relaxing and tranquilly...

"Nous avons été beaucoup déçu car notre choix était Kalih Villa et là, notre réservation n'a pas reçu à temps, ce qui nous a valu de rechercher un nouveau logement pour la seconde nuit. Ce désagrément a joué sur la qualité de notre séjour. Cependant, l'établissement est parfait et le personnel très accueillant. "
