"Carlos went above and beyond for me! So I left my phone in a Lyft.. didnt notice until I walked in the hotel. Carlos was the night desk clerk. I told him what happened and he suggeated that I call my phone.. well my phone was dead. I called it anyways hoping that the driver would turn it on.
