"The hotel atrium is fabulous. We have stayed yearly to play music at New Years, birthday celebrations and family visits.
The staff are professional, kind and attentive and make it a pleasure.

"Specifically chose this hotel from knowing the area but also reading reviews. Traveling with family of 5, the Queen suite was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all pleasant and welcoming providing great customer service. We were greeted and checked in by Lisa who also recommended dinner locations for us and she was spot on. Daily breakfast is standard but it’s for sure better than continental grab&go. "Great central location. Our room was clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Like the pump shampoo instead of the little bottles. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Staff is very nice. Third party valet parking service was very good. We considered the expense as part of the room expense and feel it was an overall good value. We have paid as much in Oakland without a parking fee. "
