Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei i comoditats
I stayed in a king bed sized room. the room was pretty spacious, but the issue i had was the massive long countertop. it covered the AC and also blocked access to the window for viewing and pulling down the shades. just felt unnecessary to have something like that in a room and just wasted space.
Another issue was regarding the staff. Not very friendly from the beginning and actually felt like an inconvenience the next morning when i called the front desk. I used the phone that was in the room. Trying to get a hold of the front desk at 8am took more than 3 minutes to ask a simple question about breakfast possibilities. First, she says rudely to me "i cannot hear you. you need to speak up." i speak up saying good morning, loudly. again, she repeats the same phrase. i replied saying it’s their phone. she says "lemme call you instead." The phone rings and i answer even louder for her to hear and she rudely says "ok that made no difference, what did you need help with?" I asked about breakfast and she says it’s not on my reservation to receive breakfast. i ask how can i add that to my reservation and she says i need to go downstairs and order food. On the phone dial, there’s an option for room service and she says to me that they don’t offer room service. and when i asked about the menu she again insisted that i need come downstairs and order my food a la carte. I don’t think i will be staying here again. The staff felt a little hostile and the room was weirdly put together.
