"Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. "

"This place was perfect for what we needed. My brother and I came for a quick overnight stay for a not-very-fun reason. Tera was so gracious, helpful, and welcoming. The lodging is a guesthouse that Tera has put a lot of effort into furnishing so that it has everything a tired traveler might need. It felt cozy and safe. I had my best night of sleep in a long time in her place, and I will try to book it again whenever I need to be in the area."

"The check-in was tricky since the lock on the outside door is not the one to use. Did not mention in notes provided. The driveway to the parking spot is long and narrow with no room to turn your vehicle around. So you will be backing out a long distance with not much room for our rented Corolla. Three times blocked in at the end of driveway for people illegally parking. I know that is not the host to control but be prepared to wait up to a hour. Place was nice but it was loud since your...

"Great value for a good size suite close to downtown SF. Having laundry was nice and the bunk beds in the separate closet room was ideal for a child. Excellent suite overall and only minor issue was we could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs at night and early morning."

"Such a cute place! Parking spaces were limited but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. I’m not sure I ever truly experienced San Francisco hills before on foot. 😅
Amazing parks (for bird watching) and amazing food nearby. Just be aware of the hills."
