Sweet, Spacious Garden Apartment Rockridge/Temescal

Beautiful, spacious apartment on a quiet street in the middle of it all! Walking distance to BART, College Ave, wonderful restaurants, markets and fun shopping. Perfect for people re-locating who want a slightly extended stay to explore the area.

This is completely separate apartment in the lower level of a beautiful Mediterranean home. It has its own private entrance. There is an eat-in kitchen, separate dining & living room & lovely outdoor courtyard. Plenty of street parking is generally available. There is also a sofa bed available with a one time charge of $25 for extra linens, towels, etc.

This apartment is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 and 11.

Our fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and ample cabinet space. The eat-in dining area can seat 2-4. There is a separate dining room with space for up to 6.

There is one private bedroom with a queen sized bed and bedding, large closet, desk and 2 chests of drawers. Additionally, there is a twin sleep sofa. The living room has a flat screen TV.

There is a private bathroom with a shower and tub.

Please note - there is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.

The owner of the property lives on the property. I am the host and am often available to greet you upon arrival. I'm usually
reachable by text from 8:30am to 11pm.

Other things to note

Any stays longer than 2 weeks require an interim cleaning. There is an additional charge of $85 for the extra cleaning, which includes top to bottom cleaning of the apartment, clean linens and freshly made bed, clean towels, sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom.

Any guests using the sleep sofa will be charged a one-time $50 fee, regardless of the number of guests in the group. This charge covers extra linens, pillows & blankets for the sleep sofa.

Parties are absolutely not permitted and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

The fun and popular Rockridge and Temescal neighborhoods are some of the best in Oakland. The apartment is centrally located just a couple blocks in either direction to these highly walkable neighborhoods found on College, Claremont and Telegraph Avenues. You will be delighted to find an abundance of coffee houses, markets, cafes, pubs, boutiques, parks, playgrounds and more.

We are 2.5 miles to the UC Berkeley campus and a few blocks from CCA. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are very close by. We are also very close to other great neighborhoods such as Piedmont, Lake Merritt and Montclair The lovely hills and redwood forest are just a fifteen minute drive away.
