"Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente"

"I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. "

"Excellent hotel right in the center of the CBD. The staff are attentive, friendly and customer oriented. The location is within walking distance of the wharf, shopping and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a real treat as well as well as the comfortable beds and views from the rooms. We would highly recommend a stay."

"Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
