"Lovely place, staff were all welcoming and helpful without exception. Room had everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. The bar itself is cosy and great selection of drinks and the private roof terrace for hotel guests was a wonderful bonus for views of the city with a late cocktail! Hope to return soon!"

"The room was beautifully decorated, the washer/dryer was a huge plus (not all rooms have them, you need to request them). Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but loved the idea that it was open until midnight. All the staff were very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed one night. Easy to find - travelled to vis Elizabeth line & district line. Helpful staff that welcomed us whilst checking in & later in the evening on our return. Felt secure with main entry door access system & lift to all floors. Very clean room & bathroom. Excellent comfortable king size bed & excellent bedding. Aptel East was very quiet. Curtains & blind blocked out light to provide a very good environment for sleeping. Shower gel, shampoo conditioner & body lotion provided. Very good...

"It’s cozy, convenient, well-managed, well-maintained. It has a friendly top-notch staff. I’ve stayed there five times in the last two years, three in the last six months and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Oh, and the coffee shop is open seven days a week from 7 to 5 and makes the best capuccino around."
