"We made a quick stop due to a flight delay. The hotel was clean and spacious. We were up on the 19th floor and our main issue was with water pressure and temperature changes. The water took about 3 min to adjust each time and the water pressure was very low. The restaurant had limited options so we opted to eat out. We had a great view of city hall! "

"We stayed on the 9th floor for a dance convention weekend. First night we didn’t have hot water for a shower and we noticed a few bugs in the room (thought maybe it was from food delivery??). Morning of check out, I found a small roach on our sink while packing up. Sink didn’t drain properly either. I did disclose this at time of check out. If we stayed longer I would 100% changed rooms. Stayed here previously without issues so this was surprising. "

"Although comfortable overall, a lot of the furniture in the bedrooms is dated. The hotel needs some kind of store or snack bar where you can get quick snacks "

"Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast. We really enjoyed the managers happy hour. The host there is Ludwin and he was wonderful. Next trip to Philadelphia we are definitely staying at the Alexander Inn."
