"A little noise from the restaurant on street level, but great location on South Street if you're going to spend time here or in the surrounding neighborhood. I was taken back by the fact that they questioned me as to why I was renting the room, like I was going to have a party. I'm almost 50, not in my 20's. Otherwise I would probably stay again, and at just over $100 a night. It was a good deal."

"Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. "Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy."
