"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!"

"I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (14 years old), 3 people in total and they gave me a room with only a king bed, they were expecting for the three of us to sleep in the king bed. When I asked for at least an extra bed for him, they told me they didn’t have any more extra beds. PS. I specified that my child was 14 years old during the booking."

"2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. You could hardly tell how much coffee was in the pot, the bottom of the pool had a layer of grime, and you could literally see the ...

"I was never told the pool hadn’t worked it 2 years and it shows on the website you should take that down that’s false advertisement and for a motel like this one with being part of Wyndham properties you should be ashamed of this please Dirty !! "Property was a bit dated and could benefit from significant renovations. Smell of second hand smoke came through the vents to our room on many an occasion. The cleaning and front desk staff were all really helpful."

"Parking is easy but access points to motel are difficult. The rooms are surrounded by a gate so you have to go through the access points even if your room is on the other side. The rooms were fairly clean although the shower could have used a better scrub down. We had 6 bottles of conditioner, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 set of towels for two of us and no toilet paper. The staff did replenish fairly quickly. The property could have used a good broom strick . The stairs concrete was falling apart....
