"The breakfast was sparse - no oatmeal, for example - but okay. It was quiet in the dining area. However, during the peak dinner hour the previous night, 8 pm, it was so loud that it was hard to hear. The ceiling is low and the acoustics bad. It felt like a cafeteria. The food was mediocre although quite expensive. Overall, the room was overpriced, really the only thing to recommend it is proximity to the terminal, which is probably why 90% of people go there. There were four giant pillows...

"I gave 4 stars because looking at the website it looked like the hotel was just across the street from Heathrow. It looked like we could walk back and forth but it requires a car and a 20 minute drive to reach the airport. However, on the positive side the hotel has a shuttle."

"Check in took forever. Came in around 9 and needed to leave at 5 am. Manager checked us in. We booked and prepaid for a double queen. Apparently we were assigned a ADA room. The manager asked if he could move us. I said yes. We then had to wait for housekeeping to prepare a room that was two single beds. After getting to our room, the housekeeping knocked on the door, as soon as we got into bed, to change the soap???? We had a few precious hours to get a little sleep and was hoping for a...

"We came in late with a large group and for the price didn't expect much, however, this hotel was one of the best and most convenient of our trip. Right by the airport with great transfer options. They were willing to make food for us even though we were in late, but we just ordered uber eats. The rooms were very comfy, really nice bathrooms. Clean towels and comfortable beds and linens. Absolutely one of my best budget hotel experiences and I've been all over the world! Service was great!...

"Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre."
