"It was our first stay here, and my husband and I really enjoyed it. The surroundings were very quiet and family-friendly, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. The only downside was that the hallways on the third floor, where we stayed, had a strange smell. However, aside from that, we would definitely return for another stay."

The only complaint is the area is full of transients, tent cities under the bridge and trash because the city allows this to happen. It was a work trip so I had to be there, but I would never visit Austin for any personal reason."

"I was camping before we stayed and caught a terrible stomach virus. Had to stay an extra night and the staff was gracious and wouldn’t accept an extra tip for cleaning my puke. All other stays previously have also been great, this is our go-to hotel."

"We’ve stayed here twice. I absolutely love the style and the decor. The bar is fabulous and tho I wouldn’t walk thru the surrounding neighborhoods, I would def grab a quick uber to the square for dinner. My only complaint is that they don’t allow you to lower the thermostat or adjust the fan on the ac. They will provide a fan if you ask. "

"This was a good stay for 2 nights. We found the area quiet and relaxing. Our girls enjoyed the pool for the most part. Most of the staff were friendly and willing to help. The lobby and everything felt very nice and clean, but our room didn’t. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the bathroom was dated and the tub held water. The kid zone was a major let down. It was filthy and most of the games didn’t work. Overall it was a nice stay, but it definitely could be updated. "

"One of the nicest business hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The facility is beautiful, it’s quiet and BIG PERK it has real restaurants! Their breakfast was great, choice of menu cooked to order or buffet. Really tired of “free buffet” breakfast and junk food hanging on the wall. Best sea bass I’ve ever had. "

"Great service from the front desk to the pool bartenders. There is some wear and tear in the rooms from time, but it’s not impactful to the quality of the room. What I loved was it always felt cool- almost cold- when you walked into the room. Great location to restaurants and bars. Pool was fantastic- looks smaller, but truly plenty of room!"
