"Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up. "

"What a fantastic find for our one night stay in the Sutton area. Great staff, very clean and a real buzz in the bar and dining area. Our room was clean and warm with fully functioning air con for overnight. Very modern and clean bathroom. The dining area and bar were fab. Thoroughly recommend. All staff were so friendly and such a nice touch being called by your first name from when to check in to when you check out. "
