The space
Welcome to our stunning and spacious three-bedroom family home nestled in a peaceful oasis, just 10 minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park and Goldhawk Road train stations. Notting Hill and Hyde park are 20 mins by bus.

As you step into the lower ground floor, you'll be greeted by an inviting large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, ensuring that whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need..

There is a dining table for up to 8 people in the main living room, as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen.

The open plan living room leads out onto a small garden with various seating areas, a fire pit and BBQ, which you are welcome to use. There is also a downstairs loo and laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom on the upper ground floor has a super king size bed and is en suite. The bath is lovely and deep and has room for two and there is also a shower.

The second and third rooms are both on the first floor. The second room has a bunk bed (2 x standard singles) and sofa bed. Bedroom three has a queen size bed with high sleeper above These rooms share a modern bathroom with a great shower, vintage style sink and loo.

The house is within minutes of Ravenscourt Park which has great play areas for kids of all ages.

The Oak Pub is also a minute or two away and is a great family pub with Pizzas and Italian style Food. It also has good cocktails and a decent wine list. For those going for the traditional British Pub, the Angelsea Arms is a firm local favourite and has excellent British food and always has a great atmosphere. A real locals favourite.

An award winning butchers and bread shop are about 5 minutes walk up the Askew Road which is known for its great selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops.

On street parking is available outside the house and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or via the RINGO app. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Co-op Food supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
Guest access
Guests have sole use of the property and can access the entire house except for one room on the upper ground floor, which we use for storage and a additional side entrance, also used for storage.
Other things to note
I'm keen to welcome guests who treat my much loved home with the same care and respect that they would with their own. Couples, or families of up to 7 welcome.

Hanging and storage will be made available for each bedroom, although because this is a family home, some storage units will be secured and not available for use during your stay.


SMART TV

TV applications like Netflix and Amazon Prime are available for guests to use their OWN accounts.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.

* The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.

* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them.

DURING YOUR STAY

* Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.

* No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
