Posizione scomoda, un caldo infernale. Priva di condizionatori.

Non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per la posizione della casa, ubicata in un tratto scomodo al passaggio pedonale, sprovvista di parcheggio, lontana dalla spiaggia (sottopassaggio impraticabile per sporcizia). Negozi distanti. Abbiamo patito il caldo, in quanto la casa è sprovvista di condizionatori. Non lo consigliamo molto.

Nice, but hot, stay near Lipari center

The apartment is 10+ minute walk to the center. This is convenient, though most of the walk is on a busy road with sidewalks less than half the way. We were there during a heat wave, and the lack of AC was noticeable, particularly in the one back room with no airflow. The provided fans help, but only to a point. The room are spacious, and the upstairs balcony is great. Unfortunately, the main balcony, on the floor with the apartment has no view. Also, there was a large ship docked with our view most of the time that also included a bad smell. The host was lovely, though her English is iffy. Kitchen was well enough equipped that we could cook some meals, though the listing says "oven" and I saw only a toaster oven. Stove was great, though, as was having a full-size refrigerator and (small) washing machine. I didn't see the referenced passageway to the beach ...

Casa Athena : un séjour de rêve

Tout est exactement comme dans l'annonce , l'emplacement permet un repos réel tout en étant à 10 min du centre, la terrasse est somptueuse, l'hôtesse Maria-Luisa est d'une profonde gentillesse, l'accueil est chaleureux, le logement est meublé avec goût, la cuisine est bien équipée, la salle à manger sous forme de patio est extrêmement agréable même si nous lui préférions bien souvent la terrasse panoramique avec vue sur les 2 ports. A réserver sans hésiter car c'est une grande chance d'y séjourner.

Alt fungerte utrolig bra! Vi var 5 damer på tur i en uke, vi nøt morgene på terrassene, huset er sjarmerende og funksjonelt, vertinne Maria Luise er utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom!

Incredible views. So lovely to stay in an authentic Aolian house, overlooking the sea. The terrace and the little galley kitchen were favourites. The beds are super firm, so be mindful if this if you like softer comfort.

Calme avec vue sur Lipari et Vulcano magnifique

Logement atypique avec son toit terrasse agréable et sa petite cuisine extérieure. À 15 minutes à pied du centre avec un petit chemin piéton parfait pour éviter la route qui est dangereuse avec des enfants.

A typical aeolian house with a great location and great view.

The house spacious and has lots of interesting art. It is located a fifteen minute walk from the center of Lipari. The view from the upstairs deck is one of the best in the aeolian islands. Maria Luisa was very friendly and responsive.

Une belle maison avec une belle vue sur la mer, 2 terrasses agréables si beau temps, sinon...

Cuisine très petite sur terrasse couverte non fermée, il a fait beau on en a bien profité, une grande chambre, les 2 autres plus petites. 800m à pied du port en longeant la mer. Accueil chaleureux de gisella, la voisine. On a passé un agréable séjour.

We were two couples travelling and stayed four nights. We loved that this apartment was away from the hubbub of the town. It had great views and friendly neighbours. Kitchen was serviceable, and the walk to town enjoyable.
