"everything was excellent only a few issues no wifi but I always carry mobile wifi and laundry room was out of service but other then that friendly staff and very clean. my family enjoyed it and the location was great! "

"The room was large, the views were beautiful, and we were very comfortable. The Ophelia Lounge was magical. One suggestion: Too many of the washers and dryers were broken. (They were free, so I can’t really complain.)"

"Very nice place to stay! It was really clean, very comfortable beds, room was very nicely done. Bathroom was beautiful with everything you needed(exvept there were no hand towels provided) but other than that great place and location for the price....would Absolutely stay here again."

"Best people running the show, they were kind and accommodating. Even when there was maintenance on a floor, they found a way to get me back to a compromised room size. I will be back to this Sonder Flatiron location! Thank you! "

"We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The worst booking I've ever made.The host never provided the check in information to me or VRBO. A day before check in she told VRBO she provided the info and had not. So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. Finally she texted me saying "I told you everything is fine", referring to a text sent a over week prior. Then I received numerous very long ranting rude texts. I finally blocked her...
