"We arrived at night so I was unsure of everything, but after waking, quickly realized the property was well cared for and the staff very helpful. The room was maintained daily and staff assisted us with planning two overnight excursions. The free breakfast was quite good, and included fresh omelets. I would stay again, and I spent 2 weeks there in May 2026."

The hotel's central location is perfect; within walking distance to everything, yet safe and quiet. The rooms could use a splash of paint to freshen things up. The staff are all friendly and helpful. "Our experience here in this hotel was excellent. The staff are very friendly and very polite. They help me to find and communicate with the Grab driver when I left my phone, so helpful that I got back my phone. I was so worried and nervous the whole time I lost it.
We had free breakfast everyday. The chef is so friendly, he will talk to us what we want and he will cook it for you. The food’s was delicious and clean and healthy. The manager is so helpful specially if we had a question. Over all...

"This was an extremely disappointing stay. The bathroom already looked unclean when I entered the room, but the faucet was absolutely disgusting. I used a disinfecting wipe to clean it lightly, and a huge amount of black dirt came off immediately. The wipe turned completely black, which was honestly revolting.
