"While the room was small and windowless, it was super clean and efficient and right in Terminal 3. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the departures in Terminal 3, so it was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I have an early morning flight or need a brief stopover."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4. I stayed on April 6th (room 124), and after traveling for over 15 hours from Canada on an overnight flight, I arrived completely exhausted around 1 PM, hoping for at least a bit of understanding and basic hospitality. Ironically, there’s a sign at the entrance that says “warm welcome,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The welcome felt cold, transactional, and completely lacking empathy. "Pretty far from airport. Uber is £15 if you are lucky but more like £30 - the hotel didn’t tell us accurately where to get the bus from. "

"The rooms are clean. They provide free decent breakfast. It’s very convenient to be able to catch 703 shuttle bus to Heathrow Airport (LHR) right in front of the hotel for only 1.50 pounds per person. The restaurant/Bar across the street offers decent Thai food and drinks! "
