"The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and since we were there on Christmas, their cheerful holiday spirit was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our two week trip. Just so delicious! We had the adjoining rooms and it was very quiet. There were no windows I. Either ion which, personally, I don’t know if I could do again (a bit of claustrophobia!) but it worked this...

"The staff at the hotel are the best I have ever come across. They are truly proud of their hotel and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience possible - and all without the expectation of a tip. Truly exceptional. The location is right in the heart of old town so most everything is walkable. Grace organized tickets for us to the New Year’s Eve celebration on the rooftop, and we had an incredible view of the fireworks. We are highly recommend the hotel.
