"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "Wasn’t as good in person as the images and reviews suggested. It was fine and the staff were friendly but the room wasn’t the cleanest and the bathrooms not good. The floor tiles were all cracked and just didn’t seem very clean."

"Check-in and the room were good, Unfortunately there were no staff on duty in the morning and on calling the helpline we were told someone was arriving, After waiting an hour they had still not arrived and a long term guest told us they never arrived before 11. The left baggage capacity is not sufficient (it is a few lockers) so if they are full you cannot leave your luggage. The information provided by the hotel is inaccurate and the facilities described are not provided."

"The neighborhood is beautiful. We took a LOT of walks and saw lot's of neighborhoods. The buildings in the area looks so luxurious, there are a lot of hotels and Embassies around there. It's also right next to Hyde Park. The only downside is that there's really no shops or restaurants near by. The closest market is about 20 minutes walk. "I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise. Id like to add the floors in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. But overall I extremely enjoyed my stay at The Drey. I would 100% recommend to stay at the drey!"

The sink was a little bit clogged so water didn’t run through quickly so I had to wait in between usage. Toilet paper roll always jumped off from the rack, which was annoying."
