"First time In Hawaii and we normally stay at Marriott properties in the states . This Resort was popular and crowded once we arrived but the hotel clerk was helpful and informative. It was my Daughters Birthday and the hotel clerk gifted my daughter a necklace. Housekeeping was prompted when it was time to clean our rooms. She asked if we needed anything else and had a smile while asking . The rooms were very clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean and mountain side of the hotel. Can’t wait...

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. "The hotel is in the best location, very close to everything but quietly tucked away so it’s still very relaxing. Our room overlooking the water was superb, coffee and water plus popcorn at the lobby are sweet touches. However, for us, it’s the staff who are the true gems of this hotel. Special shout out to Erica and Khrycel. They are very gracious! Will definitely be back!"

"There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the Aston. Every amenity you need is here, the ocean view, the beautiful room, and let’s not forget the courteous employees. This place has it all. "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made the stay even more relaxing. "We loved the pool area. Rooms are cleaned every other day. When we arrived (Saturday night), they had a party going on downstairs. I did ask if this was an all the time thing. The lady at the front desk said it was only the last Saturday of the month. Our first night, they did not have any room in valet to park. Valet parking is $55 a night. There is no free parking unless you want to drive around and find a spot somewheres else. The front desk staff was always super nice and helpful. "
