"Rooms are really small, TV looked to be at least 20 years old. Water is lukewarm at best. AC is a portable window unit that runs 24/7 to maintain 70 degrees and it is very loud. Back up alarms on trucks from the nearby industrial area start at 4am every morning. Free parking is the one nice perk but other than that I would not recommend."

Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. "Hello, I must say the view of this hotel is nice, it is located on the downtown area which doesn’t seem to be a busy place like Miami which was a plus. The hotel staff on arrival was great with a friendly and caring personality. Our room that was given to us was not up to our Standards, this room needed major renovation overall.
