"We had a great stay in the 2 bedroom unit. great set up and was super clean. Loved the proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. Only issue was the front door lock, noticed a lot of the other people were leaving the lock open. Would stay here again "

"Love the closeness to the beach, affordable stay. Clean, but there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. A place to hang clothes would have been nice. The owner is in contact through texting, and is very receptive."

"All around great experience. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Down the street from Ne’re Pool. Really solid place. 10/10 would recommend again"

"The views from this house are amazing. It is literally steps away from the beach. We had a family gathering with all ages and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony as we were there during the 4th. It is close enough to walk to the pier area for the arcade/rides and restaurants. We loved our time in this home and hope to return again!"

"Amazing off grid tiny house. Amazing views of the woods, fire pit, close to town. We are from Montana and gave stayed in some cool tiny homes but this the best one. Than you."

"The property was as described, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to many local attractions. Check in and check out process was smooth. Overall enjoyed my stay very much. "

"Check in was seamless. Full check in packet was provided prior to visit that included description of property, where to find everything and WiFi. It made it so we could arrive and just start our vacation. Mitch was very responsive to any questions about the property prior to the stay and during. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and pier but far enough a way that it’s nice and quiet. He provides everything you could possibly need so it cuts down on what you need to...

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "

"We loved everything about our stay here. Perfect location right on Old Orchard Beach. The house is perfect for what we needed/wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back for a longer stay next time we’re in Maine. "
