The apartment was very comfortable, with an amazing view and a great location. We were able to walk or catch an Uber to testaurants or activities. Our host Dan was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. Great property, I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic host, fantastic place, fantastic location. 30 second walk out to a massive green lawned park overlooking the water. Easy stroll downtown. Dan was a very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating host. We had a great stay and would return again.

Phenomenal location

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Amazingly clean and updated, this is the perfect place to enjoy Portland. Will absolutely be back (and would stay longer. Great spot)

Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend before heading to Southwest Harbor, ME. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the location just across from Eastern Promenade. It was a great home base for us as we explored Portland!

Great stay and the location was fantastic. Beautiful park with awesome water views directly across the street. Dan and Pam were great hosts! 1 mile easy walk on the waterfront to downtown Portland or take a Lyft for less than $7!!!! Love this place!

Had a great time in Portland. Lots of great eateries all within walking distance. Very nice landlord with strong city knowledge. Will be back.

A gem in the best Portland neighborhood with a terrific host.

Terrific large one bedroom apartment with bay windows, views of the water and steps away from the Promenade by the sea.

Loved the Location

We had a great stay at this location. Loved the views at the park across the street and the community was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. Dan was helpful and generously shared some of his special hot sauce. Our week was truly relaxing and enjoyable.
