"Stay was fantastic. Owner supplied everything you could need for a home away from home. Beds were comfortable. Brita Water filter was really a nice feature for filling water bottles. Home was centrally located to drive to Portland or surrounding area and walking distance to fielders choice for ice cream or general dollar and even the pier. Would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a great property for friends and family to gather."

"Property was ok. Wasnt aware the front of property faces a major roadway. Constant noise from emergency vehicles was a major annoyance on top of everyday traffic. No grassy area for pets. Location was convenient to beach . Overall stay was good"

"This was as advertised and served the purpose of our family get away for New Years Holiday. Yes it was off season, and very quiet, but that was our desire. We have been to Old Orchard Beach during peak season and we wanted something different from that. Still plenty of tourist interests were open for us out-of-towners to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. No problems at all!"

"The cottage was very nice but the write-up was a little misleading. For example ocean views are very limited—mostly see rooftops, half bath was on ground floor, and stairs to main living area."

"House is very spacious and very close walk to the beach (about 2 minutes). The shower in the 2nd floor bathroom only had cold water other than that no complaints. Plenty of towels and beach chairs and a cool roof deck. I would def stay here again and we had 15 people stay here comfortably. About a 10-15 minute walk to downtown/amusement area."

"This house accommodated our group quite nicely! The home was clean, property was nice. Unfortunately it rained for most of the time we were here, but despite this the house never felt crowded. On the day it was not raining, it was only a short, easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach; about 15 +/- walk to the pier. I would definitely recommend this home if you have a larger family/ group that you're traveling with!"

"Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck"

"Even with a snow/ice storm, the beach doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and waves crashing. The condo was warm and cozy and I was very happy to be able to watch the Bruins on tv. Already planned my next visit!"
