  • Enjoy Portland's East End like a local with this stunning third floor open-concept apartment as your home base! Located in the heart of Portland, you're just a walk away from the Eastern Promenade, brunch at a local favorite-The Front Room, Portland's lively night life, and so much more.

    The apartment easily fits two guests and features a queen bed, a mini kitchen with a stove for preparing coffee, light meals and snacks, a family room with a tv and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

    Parking is easy and convenient, with free street parking available nearby and no time limits (please note signs for Tuesday parking where one side of the street is closed 10-2 for street cleaning Oct-May). Ideal for traveling professionals, and vacationists alike.

Portland apartment was bigger than I thought! Nice neighborhood and local feel - not a far walk from old port area and very close to promenade . We found some local places to hang out We didn’t spend much time in apartment but found it met all of our needs for someone wanting a homier or more local vibe

We stayed for one night and it was great for that. It was very cute, but it was a little difficult to get in and out of because of the stairs. Also we're on the tall side and we both hit our heads at least once going up and down.

Great location and nicely decorated. However the apt of on 3rd floor heats up quickly in the summer. While ac units are in each room, they are stand alone units each connected via hosing to the windows so are quite loud.

This was a great stay through and through. Excellent condition, very responsive before and during the stay, and a great location. 10/10 will recommend to anyone staying in Portland!

This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went above and beyond to help me bringing down my suitcase and my back-up. I highly recommend this place for a young couple or two friends willing to share the bed. This is a very lovely place to stay in Portland!

We enjoyed our one night stay! The 3rd floor apartment was clean and comfy. We loved the neighborhood with a short walk to the water and also walking distance to restaurants. We would stay here again !

It was a really great accomodation for a couple trip. The bed is so comfortable, the only thing was that the wifi wasn’t always working, beside that it was perfect:)

Cozy enough stay for 2 people! Heat worked well, had the essentials. Definitely some quirky ceiling levels walking up but plenty of space once you’re up there

Pleasant, but work in progress in 2025 with lots of potential. No bathroom door yet (curtain), some walls not yet painted. But the queen bed is comfy and the location is a brisk walk to the dock area. Kitchen updated and usable. With considering but not yet a gem.
