"This place was so good for a weekends get away. It was very dusty inside, under the couch and head boards was layers of dust. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. Everything else was soo nice we will stay there again"

"The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there...

"The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. "

"We had a great long weekend. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were two couples, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the wonderful fire pit for quiet evenings. Would highly recommend and would rebook if I am ever in the area again. "
