"We absolutely loved the property. We were able to bring our three fur babies, who absolutely loved running up and down the stairs on the decks. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach. We used to live in the Seabridge Community before moving out of state. Being close to our friends and family was wonderful. We would definitely rent this property again. "This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs."

"A friend and I found this beautiful oasis for our three day stay. The spotless trailer had everything one could need. The hummingbirds and goats were a nice bonus, but what made it most special was the creek that ran right alongside the trailer. The sound of the creek, crickets, and frogs is a wonderful respite from the city noises. Sylvia is such a fine person and added so much to our enjoyment. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!!"
