Separate kitchens and living space came in very handy for those on different schedules plus enough common space for all of us to gather as a whole. "The Beach House was great for us! Very close to the main street of Carpinteria as well as the beach. We had a dog and an eleven year old with us and both enjoyed the house. The porches were great for relaxing an taking in the scenery. Beautiful backyard as well. The home owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We hope to be able to return someday!"
