Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! "Super spot for two families with children as so much space and wonderful safe patio and outdoor spaces Beaches stores and amazing restaurants just a few blocks walk away. Only flag is to be very careful walking at corner as it’s right next to an exit off 101 freeway with no stop sign for the cars exiting Still a careful cross to opposite side of road and then it’s very safe We loved our stay"

"The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking."

"Everything about this place was heaven for me and my teenage kids - the host is delightful as are her dog and donkeys. The place is quaint, comfortable and peaceful and I wish we had stayed longer as there was so much more we would have liked to explore."

"Omg! What a delightful place to stay. The owner has curated the place in the most charming, efficient and comfortable way. The attention to detail was noticed. From the complimentary local tea, organic creamers in fridge and spice collection to the heated patio, comfortable beds, and spacious set up!!!! We were 4 adult women concerned the space would be too small for us but it was the contrary. Square footage was small but the high ceilings, open air concept and furniture layout felt much...

"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

"Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property."
