Rincon Villa at 1 Miramar Beach Club

Escape to a peaceful place where this wonderful beach villa awaits! It’s the perfect vacation spot! Vaulted ceilings and a cozy setting. New floors and renovated bathroom gives this darling beach villa a spacious feel. Very quaint. A romantic getaway or staycation. Includes an outdoor dining space under lush tropical trees. Only steps away from the beach for swimming, surfing, beautiful walks and sunsets and a stroll to Rosewood next door for all the resort offerings. 1 bedroom 1 bath In the bathroom closet there is a rollaway cot for additional sleeping. Living room and full kitchen as well as beautiful outdoor dining table/area There is one parking spot in the long driveway. Free street parking is also available. The entrance is at the end of the long driveway thru the white gate. Please don’t block anyone else in the driveway. I am always available all normal hours to discuss, suggest, recommend, fix, and/or make myself available for anything else that you my need during your vacation. This is a special place in an incredible location. We aim to make your stay comfortable and all that you dream it to be! Rosewood Miramar adjacent and a beautiful surf-side beach community. Close to incredible elegant and casual dining in Montecito Coast Village. Perfect for hiking trails and excellent bike riding. This is a historical beach compound with six wonderful villas sharing a large acre of tropical gardens steps away from the beach. Very similar to those white bungalows at the Rosewood Miramar resort next door. Due to the layout, it feels like you are on vacation the moment you step inside the gardens. That said you are sharing an acre with other beach homes and you may see or hear other guests as they come or go (similar to when you stay at the resort next door). The only actual “shared space” is a laundry room that is a separate out-house on its own in the side yard- Come stay in a spacious retreat setting for a fraction of a resort fee and enjoy the privacy, space and ability to spread out! *If your party is large or loud you can rent the WHOLE COMPOUND-or part of it so you can fully take advantage of the entire layout.

Great Getaway in Montecito

Nice beach bungalow in lower Montecito a half block from the beach. The house was very comfortable for my husband and me on a weekend away. The bed is super comfy. We had friends stop by and it was easy to entertain in the front courtyard area under the shade of the trees. Amber is a great host.

Magical in Montecito

Not sure exactly how to describe the experience... Amber went over and beyond to make our stay special.. All of her insight to the Montecito area made for an extremely wonderful stay. restaurants... we took all her advise... Summerland... Rosewood...whatever she shared we did and really made it so easy for us to have such a marvelous time.. Including our Golden who enjoyed all the beach fun and his new furry friends... thank you so much K

Fantastic Home and Location!

My husband and I and our yorkie stayed here for a special birthday celebration. The location and home couldn't have been more perfect for enjoying the fabulous Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort, the beach and Montecito. The fenced in yard was perfect for our doggie. Amber's communication is excellent. Thank you Amber! We will be back!

Beautiful stay

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and only a one minute walk to the beach. We were right next door to the beautiful Rosewood Miramar hotel and had the pleasure of having dinner there but also more privacy of our own cottage away from the hustle and bustle.

Great Stacation

I grew up near this location and live in Santa Barbara. I decided to go down a little memory lane for the weekend. I am so happy that I could spend my time at this location. Once you walk onto the property, you feel the love that the host put into making it so comfortable. We had a fantastic brunch with a fire pit in the morning. The energy could not have been better. Great Spot in Montecito

We stayed here over the weekend with our dogs and couldn't be happier with the property. We got married at the Rosewood and were very pleased that it was so close by. Amber was amazing to work with. She was very attentive and always responded to our messages, and kept us updated about weather in the area. She made check-in and check-out very easy. Overall it was an amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again.
