"We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens. "This is the most amazing home! Very tastefully decorated but not overly crowded. I have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. From the tea selection ( probably 20 kinds) to the various ways to make your coffee ( pour over, French press, keurig and full pot options) to the spices and kitchen supplies. "Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house."
