Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. "We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. One of our favorite things was the amazing view of the stadium from our room—we were even able to watch the games while having dinner, which was such a unique experience for our family.

"Your not able yo go yo the front desk and talk to someone. They push you to a confusing kiosk to check it and get your key. You go to your room and none of the lights or AC works. You call the front desk and they tell you, you have to put your key in a slider by the door to turn on the lights and AC. The room was clean and nice. But I thought Japanese really focused on customer service"

Amenities are useless as every single one is an extra charge and not included with the tiny rooms. Godzilla area is closed to the public so you can’t even take good pictures with Godzilla. The breakfast was the worse part of everything !!! They charge a small extra fortune for breakfast and the hotel have a contract with a bad restaurant chain named Sizzlers ( here in the USA) we would never eat at this chain due to low quality food. "I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby."
