"Whilst the room was clean, the hotel had a funny smell to it. Our room had an internal window which looked out to a wall. When I asked about upgrading to a room with a window. I was shown a room which overlooked a dark dirty alley. This room smelt too!
The staff were polite and professional but I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The area also was like “Benidorm on crack” during the weekends which was a shock when we arrived. 3 minutes after leaving our hotel my partner was offered weed,...

"It was disappointing that you couldn’t contact the hotel through Expedia, messenger, WhatsApp. I tried all of these methods to ask questions before arrival but they wouldn’t respond. This is a cheap hotel, but communication is none existent. Wouldn’t recommend hotel. "
