"Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! I upgraded my stay and was worth every penny! The Chic Show/floating breakfast etc all were amazing, though it rained on breakfast day which couldn’t be helped. I do hope more night entertainment like DJs on the TRS side/silent party not in the kids area. Our butlers Antonio, Miguel and Francisco were so sweet and made sure everything down to the detailed were amazing! We plan to go back and try to get the master suite, but is unavailable on Expedia...

"The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together. "Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly.
