"Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all"

In the bathroom, the toilet was loose the toilet paper holder came out of the wall. GROUT VERY DIRTY! Next half the room floor was soaked by the window ac unit again mold in the air .. The beds had stains and smelled of body odors.. 100% the worst property I have stayed in ."

Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed.
