"Everything was clean and smelt really nice. Parking lot had a lot of food options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevators and we were able to hear a constant tick ALL NIGHT LONG. Almost sounded like a huge dripping sound. Thankfully the room came supplied with 2 pairs of earplugs. "

"The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful area with beatiful view..BUT the service could have been better it did not align. I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate. "

The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. "We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. "We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay.
